Pharmacological action:

The combination product . Its natural digestive enzymes facilitate the digestion of proteins , fats, carbohydrates , which makes them more complete absorption in the small intestine . The preparation also stimulates its own enzymes of the pancreas, stomach and small intestine as bile. Choleretic effect of bile extract promotes the emulsification of fats, increases the activity of lipase improves the absorption of fats and fat soluble vitamins. Indications for use:

replacement therapy with exocrine pancreatic insufficiency , stomach, intestines, liver, gall bladder ( chronic inflammatory and degenerative diseases of these organs , states subsequently resection or radiation in the elderly );

Dosing regimen:

Assign 1 tablet with a small amount of liquid during or immediately afterwards meals. Dragees should be swallowed whole . If necessary, a single dose may be increased to 2 tablets . The duration of treatment may vary from a few days ( digestive disorder due to errors in the diet ) to several months or even years (if need constant replacement therapy ) .

Side effects :

From the digestive system : not often ( at high doses ) - diarrhea, nausea, abdominal pain.

Allergic reactions: skin redness , sneezing , watery eyes .

Contraindications:

acute pancreatitis ;
chronic pancreatitis in the acute phase ;
severe liver disease with elevated levels of bilirubin in the blood ;
jaundice ;
gallbladder empyema ;
ileus ;

Pregnancy and lactation

Cautions:

overdose:

Symptoms : increased levels of uric acid in blood plasma and urine.
